Brock White Construction Materials

My experience so far with the Winnipeg location has left me desiring more. While they may have a large selection of products, they lack in customer service a bit.
My in store experience was that they don't care for my business as the person who "helped" me wasn't interested in providing me the information I wanted (prices). Perhaps they are used to contractors coming in and knowing exactly what they want.

Over the phone was more successful. I had a few things explained, however I wasn't told that I'd have to wait on a quote for out of stock material. So when I didn't hear back from someone I was frustrated.

On a plus side they do respond to customer complaints. So if you do have an issue they will try and make it right.

The one stop shop for our tools and fabric. Prompt, professional service.
