Excellent service and high quality materials and hardware! Our purchase was significantly lower price than a competing quote from one of the well-known brands. Fabrication, delivery and installation were also done in a much shorter time frame than the competing quote. TipTop was also able to give us a single unit on an extra wide window where the other company insisted on splitting it into multiple units.

Hands down the only choice for custom blinds in Winnipeg. I've purchased custom solar shade blinds from Tip Top for both my homes in 2014 and in 2018.
