Food is actually pretty darn good. Don't go without a big appetite or you won't get enough bang for your buck.

Be real with yourself, you know what the Royal Fork offers, you should go in with fair expectations! It's not bad value, my kids have an absolute blast, I choose what I know I like and I stay away from the rest. I recommend going around 4:15 p.m. if you're able as everything will be fresh and it doesn't get full until slightly after 5 most days. They give you a bit of a break on the kids, that keeps us going back periodically and ensures the Next Generation knows the restaurant. I remember when this place was new, I remember the piano players, I remember the higher-quality experience but I also remember higher-quality customers. I'll close by saying, you're not eating on your couch, you are eating out in public so try to be decent people, it's my dinner too.

I would say this is more of a Canadian buffet place more than Chinese. They have great selection and recently added some small varieties of Chinese and Japanese foods as well. I like that drinks are free including bubble tea, coffee, tea and even slushies. My favorite would be the fried chicken especially the wings, it is really good! It is cheaper than other places and the place is clean and well kept. You should try it!
