The staff was very friendly. I was in about a year ago to setup home insurance, and I have been going back ever since for all of my autopac needs. I recently had to adjust my home insurance plan and Wendy, who also helped my a year ago, remembered who I was and was extremely helpful with all the adjustments. She was informative and patient with all of my questions and concerns and would reply to my emails within a few hours. I also needed a life insurance policy and was referred to their life insurance rep, Christina Byczkowski from Western Financial, who was very helpful and accommodating to my schedule to help me setup my policies.
