What awesome staff! Huge selection of bikes and accessories.

Just purchased my second mountain bike from Olympia for the most part great sales and service. Only 3 stars due to the fact when i came in to pay for my new bike I payed in cash like I always do. And this one guy that worked there who seemed to be very grumpy proceeded to look at the money I gave him like it was counterfeit or something? After a minute or two I said to him " I can always go to. Alter ego and buy my bike? He then stopped looking at the cash and rang my bike through. It was a strange experience . Maybe its store policy or something was a bit strange on a good note The bike is great !

What a wonderful experience getting my first pair of new skis. This package is amazing! And the service was wonderful! Thank you so much!

Had to get new tire & tube. I know nothing about bikes, staff explained everything, price was very reasonable and all staff were kid friendly and relaxed. Would go back and recommend. Well done.

My boyfriend and I were out looking for bikes and we were unable to find what we were looking for at big box stores. On a whim, we stopped in at Olympia and although it took about 10 minutes for someone to help us, the service we received was phenomenal! We worked with Al who was extremely knowledgeable and made sure every question was answered thoroughly. He was able to fit my 6’4” boyfriend into a bike he feels comfortable riding and at a decent price. We will definitely be going back here!
