Great place to shop for dog. Great selection, competitive prices and excellent knowledgable helpful staff.

Staff are always incredibly friendly, compassionate and educated. Always a very great experience anytime I go in. Fish/Critter tanks are always clean looking and the kitty’s are always the sweetest! It’s the smaller PetSmart of the city but the physical store size they lack, the staff definitely make it up in effort and kindness.

I love this place! It’s nice to be able to bring Kingsley (Golden Retriever Puppy) with me. He gets attention and snacks from the most informative associates ever. Great selection for every possible pet need. Love the option of buying online and having curb side pick up when I’m rushed with errands. Thank you for all you do!

I really wish I can adopt a cat there.They are super cute. I think there are so many selections of cat toys and they are really cheap compare to other pet shops.I bought one cat toy for about $6.But I do think the quality of cat toys should be improved because one of the cat toys I bought already has some feathers fallen out even though I haven’t start using it.The staffs there are helpful as well but I don’t like the place where the cats live inside because it is too small for them they can’t even move.And I wish the shop have an area for the cats to play as they look so bored.
