Great staff and a very relaxing atmosphere. I am currently going there for electrolysis to remove facial hair and Marcia is awesome. After 3 sessions there is a noticeable reduction in facial hair and the time of the appointments. I started a few years back with laser and it removed a lot of hair. after 8-10 sessions I was told to switch to electrolysis to remove to mostly white hair.

I can't begin to say how great my experience has been. Marcia is very professional and takes the time to explain the procedure, what to expect as far as regrowth and hair cycles. Even as far as documenting each visit and showing the progress made so far.

I have to admit that I have only been here for hair removal BUT did attempt to go elsewhere. When I searched local hair removal the first place seemed so unwelcoming. I drove to the location to only find out that appointments had to be made by phone or online. I then went to Genie and within minutes had someone helping me set up an appointment for laser. As I mentioned earlier they have great, experienced staff that take the time to make customers feel welcome.
