  I went to Frontier looking at a used 2018 Soul they had there. Despite being very busy they made time for my drop in and were very accommodating offering beverages multiple times.
  
  All dealerships should operate the way that Frontier does. The entire process was no hassle, Shaun let me take my time looking through the car and when it came time to numbers he let me have time to digest what is admittedly a large financial purchase.
  
  Esa explained every step of the financing very clearly and professionally and choosing options was pleasant instead of feeling like a battle.
  
  There were no hidden fees and none of the standard bad dealership tactics were employed. Just a clean honest sale. I highly recommend them.

  I have dealt with Frontier for 15 years, have had 4 Corollas, the dealership has been a great experience. Shayna is a knowledgeable sales person, that does a great job in getting a great deal for her customers. Shayna makes the buying of a new car an easy process, explaining each step of the purchase. If you are in the market for a new Toyota see Shayna at Frontier.

  Our family purchased a pre own 2017 Honda Civic from Shaun Campbell at Frontier Toyota last week. We were extremely pleased with the Great service from Shaun and the dealer. There were a few points to address before taking delivery or accepting the vehicle and Shaun met and exceeded our expectations... We love our purchase and would definitely recommend dealing with Frontier and most of all Shaun. Keep up the positive attitude your on a track to much success!!!! Andre

  It is my second time purchasing a car in this location. I keep on coming back at Frontier Toyota because they have been genuinely cared and helpful in my buying process. Great customer service.
  I give a big shout out to Shayna Kemel. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Overall it was an awesome experience.

  Had an exceptional buying experience from Frontier Toyota recently! We have very high expectations of customer service and they were not only met, but exceeded! We had the pleasure of working with Mason Sutherland in sales and he was amazing to deal with. Professional, caring, and quite simply there to be supportive as needed with any questions. No pressure, just helpful and kind. He took time to show us the 4Runner we were interested in and after we took it for a test drive, helped us navigate through both our purchase and pick up of the vehicle. Would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy at Frontier! We also had the joy of dealing with Shannon (Sales Manager) and Lori (Finance) to help close out our 4Runner purchase. They too were kind and helpful, and along with Mason actually made our vehicle purchase "FUN"! This was our second purchase from Frontier and will definitely not be our last. Would recommend Frontier to anyone and we love our new 4Runner!
