My gas cap had frozen shut, and he came out to help me. He applied a product called a de-icer. Unfortunately, his bottle ran out, and he recommended I purchase more. I did, and he came out in the cold (-30 C) to ensure I was able to de-ice it effectively. When I thanked him, he said "That's my job" with a smile on his face. I was very grateful for his help that evening.
Last night, also -30 C, I had the same problem with my gas cap. Keaton recognized me and gave me some WD-40 to try. It worked, and, again, I was pleased with his great customer service skills.
