Victoria Lifeline

My Aunt has used this service including the fall alert pendant for several years and had 3 falls in the last year. Each time lifeline made contact with her and call the Emergency Response and then immediately updated me. This last fall was very serious and my aunt was unresponsive when lifeline contacted me.
Through the quick action of Lifeline contacting me and a key holder next door the EMT's were able get quick access to her home, stablise her and transport her to Grace Emergency where she received the care required. Thanks to Victoria Lifeline she celebrated her 93rd birthday last week and after 4 weeks in hospital she is ready to return home.
Without this service we are told it is very likely that she would not have survived.
It gives us great peace of mind to know that if she needs it help is at hand and quickly.
