Clarion Hotel & Suites

Serisouly the best hotel! Location is right next to the mall within walking distance. Staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. Rooms are newly upgraded and clean. Parking and wifi are both free. This is hands down the only place I will stay in Winnipeg.

Hotel was good. Room was excellent. Two person shower with jacuzzi tub was 5 star. Couple of off things though. No room service. If we wanted food we had to pick it up from the attached Pancake House so we ordered from Skip the Dishes and got IHOP instead.Someone lost out on a tip there. We loved the spa but the mineral spa area is pretty noisey as it is connected to the main pool area. Its time to get that second elevator fixed too. All and all good hotel

Place was nice and clean, and staff was super friendly. Pool was nice and warm and very enjoyable. The only complaint is that the first floor rooms you can hear the music from the banquet halls in the basement level, which could have been an issue but they seemed to have stopped by 11:00pm.

The staff at the front were very patient and helpful. The room was a king sized suite, and was gorgeous. They recently did renovations in the lobby and it looks amazing - very sharp and current.

Nice clean hotel, good size rooms. Newly renovated lobby looks great. Very quiet aside from street noise. Liked that the parking structure was secured at night, however it is a tight fit in a truck. Only real complaints were about the pool, there is nothing stating you have to request pool towels from the front desk until you are in the pool room, mats leading into the pool are very hard on the feet, pool deck is in need of replacing and according to my husband and another guest the main pool was warmer than the hot tub.
