On July 2020 I phone to ask a couple questions concerning hair bleach and Adreanna was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. When I arrived to the Regent store and walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile by the girl who was letting people in safely amidst this COVID 19 . Although she was unable to come close as I asked where certain items where she kindly directed me to them . I was not able to find one particular item so she said she would be happy to help me get it and as I moved back she found what I was looking for and took it to the front cashier as I continued to shop. When I went to check out the cashier was super friendly and she was quite supportive on my choice of hair color as I was a bit nervous to say the least and she even had a sense of humor that "Its just hair" she said . We had a good laugh. Overall a great experience and I would shop there again anytime for the great advise and friendly customer service.

Super friendly and answered my question and even gave me suggestions. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff or judge! I could tell they knew what they were talking about.

Popped in here as it's been on my places to go list for a while. They have a decent selection of shampoo and conditioner at good prices. They had lots of hair dye products and some makeup and supplies for nails, really a one stop shop. Staff greeted me as I came in and were friendly throughout the experience. I would come back here.
