In 3 months I’ve lost 13lbs, down to almost a 32 inch waist and I’ve been getting compliments on how i look. Mercedes is always there when you need her advice, if it’s either a text, phone call or one on one she never lets you down. I am in the best shape of my life and it’s because of Mercedes and her programs.

Being one of her clients I can vouch that she will spend time and effort in creating a personalized training plan for you! She is EXTREMELY personable and absolutely loves what she does. Her knowledge is extensive and her practices are perfect to help the most untrained individuals (like me) to helping already active people.
