(August 23, 2018, 4:32 pm)Nice nature trail for cycling / jogging / walking along a small river (Seine). You can make a decent 9+ km loop combining this with the South St Vital trail and the trail through the man-made lakes. There are warnings about ticks so be aware.

(May 14, 2018, 2:51 pm)This is a beautiful hidden gem within the city. Walking the full trail is a wonderful way to get some exercise and fresh air. There is a lot to see inside, from the fun wood carvings to the abundance of deer. It's a lovely and quiet space. We walk there with our dog, and she just loves it. If you want to get away from the city without leaving it, spend a few hours in here!
