I was having problems with my alarm system and Rod and his staff at DSI were very helpful is solving the problem so that the trouble code was not always on. I would highly recommend DSI for any alarm issues or installations as they were very efficient and have a lot of experience.

Bryan is the most attentive service tech I've ever experienced. He is old school when it comes to customer care, always ensuring the job is done RIGHT unlike many today who's work ethic pales, just getting the job "done" to move on. This is why when I call for any work, I always request him as I know it will be done to perfection. Too bad the max is only 5 stars as he far exceeds that metric.

We just installed an aPod access control system. Bryan the technician was here 2 FULL days and he was wonderful to work with.

Very knowledgeable and efficient. He had so much patience and made us feel comfortable enough to ask him question. He was respectful of our time and cleaned up all his garbage and vacuumed when he was done for the day!
