Couldn't be more satisfied with the service here. Brought my 4 year old to build an arrangement for his mother. The lady there took him through the flowers and let him choose great flowers, and treated him like her own. Definitely a return customer gained.

I've received 2 bouquets from here, and both have looked good for well over a week. She does the arrangements beautifully for a great price. She knows what she's doing.

Amazing place to go to. Lovely woman who works there helped me out so much for when I wanted to surprise my girlfriend. She makes amazing bouquets and will make the best bouquet that fits your needs. She will ask about your preferences and make something beautiful with your preferences. This store is a place that will make you want to get flowers more often. I will definitely come back here soon!

Flower arrangements are the best and prices for them are more than reasonable.

I hate to admit that I chose Silver Heights Florists only after two other “Big Flower Stores” let me down at the last minute. So I was desperate. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and all the arrangements I worked so hard on the past few weeks worked out except for the flowers. With only 2 hours to go I drove by the store and stopped in on a whim and a prayer. After sharing my sad story with Christine she went into high gear and was ready to do whatever it took to get my flowers delivered on time. Not many stores have White Lilies in bloom on hand and ready to go. Christine made two phone calls and the courier was on the way. 20 minutes later she brought the wrong bunch so Christine was back on the phone and not only did she find what I desperately needed she decided to close her store and do the run herself. I watched her all this time and I knew she was the right person at the right time so I decided to just give her my money and the address and I put all my trust in her. And I felt good about that decision. 90 minutes later we were sitting down to a wonderful dinner and in walked a gentleman with the most beautiful bouquet of White Lilies you could imagine. My wife lost her voice at the sight and was close to tears. It was even more beautiful than her wedding bouquet, it was truly amazing. I stopped by the store the next afternoon and Christine came from out the back and I quickly gave her a big heartfelt hug. If you need flowers, do yourself a favor and go see Christine. You won’t regret it.
