The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - St. James

Attended The Keg Nov. 29/2019 for my Birthday. Was with 2 family members and my Service Dog. We enjoyed the Calamari as a starter. Our server Cassidy was very pleasant and attentive. As entrees, we had steak, with baked potatoes, a chicken dish and I had Prime Rib and Lobster. I was offered a free dessert to celebrate my special day. I had the brownie. Only picture that I have, but, was it ever good! The restaurant was packed, the parking lot completely full. The service was not slowed by this at all, timed perfectly. My Service Dog was not an inconvenience at all and seemed to be liked by guests and staff alike. He too loved being the taster for all the fabulous food.

You will not be disappointed. Every Keg i have visited regardless of the city has great food and a sense of caring is always in the air. The waiters are always near by. I recommend for a quite yet fun supper.

We made reservations, which is necessary judging by how busy it was. The service was prompt and friendly. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, top sirloin for most of us. The garlic mashed potatoes were amazing. Lots of great choices on the drinks menu too. All in all, a great evening!

There was a wait for the restaurant, but the lounge was nearly empty and we were seated right away. Our server was awesome... Super attentive, friendly, and food came out fast. The game was on and we enjoyed our appies. The renovations here were done very well.
