Love the large choice of clothing. People are by large inconsiderate of the staff when they go through like tornadoes and fling clothing everywhere including the floor.

Great prices. Sales on every visit. Always bought my daughters clothes here and she always loves them. The athletic styles are her favorite.

Found the things I was looking for. Store was clean and organized. Unfortunately staff were not overly friendly, none interacted with me unless I approached them (fitting rooms and cashier).

loved shopping here. But.... the second time I was there, the sales associate was not friendly, borderline rude, and not helpful at all. This really impacted my experience shopping at Old Navy. The first time I was there, I was very impressed with the associate, which is why I went back. Now I am not sure going out of my way to shop here is worth it.

Went for the Jean sale event. Heard on the radio "Jeans for $20" or something. Poster on door said "50% off all jeans!" Sounds awesome! Walked in and saw no one for the first 5 minutes. As usual it turned out to be UP TO 50% so most were only 20% off. Jean wall was an absolute mess so was very hard to find sizes. Staff was very friendly once I did find them. Bought 3 pairs for $90. Still a good price, but not $20 each like I hoped.
