I really don't even remember going to this store, I wish I had some useful information about this store, but all I can say for sure is that it has nice clothes, Happy shopping...

Staff are always helpful. Great selection. Always have cute new baby onesies! Their merchandise can be on the price side but you pay for great quality!

I shopped at Thyme Polo Park all the time. Most of my experiences were happy except once, otherwise I would give 5 stars. I ordered some underwear online, but didn't receive the GWP. So I went to the store to see if they could give me one. The associates lied to me that the gifts were all run out. I asked for a return since all the items were still in brand new condition with the original package (clear plastic bags for each item). They lied to me again said I had to ship them back since it was online order. I showed them the return policy and it said I could return my order at any Thyme store. Then they lied underwear is final sale so they couldn't return. I showed them the package and the return policy again, which said I COULD RETURN EVERYTHING IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE INCLUDING UNDERWEAR. They said it was their store policy so I asked them to show me. It spend those two girls 20 mins trying to find the return policy they said from ipad but they couldn't because they lied. I didn't want to waste my time waiting so I asked to talk with a manager, and guess what? They just give me a gift which they said RUN OUT from the service desk!
