This M&M store was completely renovated in summer 2018 and switched to more of a self-serve model. This chain’s store’s products are generally higher quality than what you get in general grocery stores. Their chicken strips are particularly good, each strip being a different shape, which reflects the fact that they are made from real chicken covered with panko bread crumbs (unlike highly processed, soy infused, and machine-forced shaped chicken finger you get from grocery stores). Their meats are pretty good as are their cakes. Staff have always been well-informed, helpful and friendly. This store now seems to offer a small selection of kitchen and homeware products – salt/pepper shakers, etc. In general, M&M can be a bit pricey, but they do have good weekly sales and good products.
