(March 27, 2020, 5:46 pm)I wanted to share my experience after seeing so many negative reviews. I have been banking at Sunova for many years and have NEVER encountered a problem at this location. They're always friendly when assisting me, I never have to wait long to be seen, their operating hours are phenomenal for a credit union, I have never had any holds on cheques (which is perfect since I travel and get per diem cheques from work) and anytime I have to call in to inquire the person on the other end of the line is always friendly and helpful.

When they had a glitch in their system that took money out of my account the lady who had picked up my call was super accommodating. They troubleshooted the issue and made sure I wasn't charged overdraft if my bills got withdrawn before I got my money back (but the issue got correct quickly) Thanks Sunova for being a trustworthy place to bank! -

(September 25, 2018, 6:55 pm)The staff are friendly and understanding, the branch is helpful, quick and efficient! Not to mention the building is modern and cozy. Overall it was and has continued to be a fantastic experience for the 6 years I’ve been with the bank!
