I was at first intimidated of the thought of a spin class, and honestly that fear disappeared as soon as that first song hit. Everyone here is super welcoming and the atmosphere is amazing. I love coming back and now find it almost addicting. 100% recommend for physical health and even more importantly your mental health. P.S Steph has the most killer playlists!
