The staff is always friendly, but I had a super experience yesterday. One of the staff in agriculture spent probably 20 minutes helping me to ensure I found the right product, and finally got me some results. Super patient and kind, and I'm happy with the product I received.

Recent: Ordered online for a curbside pickup, amazing customer service and appropriate precautions. Several items I ordered were not in stock, and/or oversize (think 16' long fencing panel!) and there was no extra charge to get them in-store. The wait was like 2 weeks for some items, but acceptable considering I would not have been able to buy anywhere else in the city, and really solid prices.

Home: good selection of garden supplies, excellent value on basic hand tools and power tool accessories.
As a hipster DB I can also appreciate the selection of essential oils and supplies!
Solid selection and competitive pricing of canning and preserving wares.

Pet/animal:
Decent options for poultry pick up. Prices are competitive for poultry products.
Excited to see they started carrying apiary supplies! Will soon be a customer!
Unbeatable prices for rabbit feed and bedding (other than wholesale).
Wide selection of cat and dog products - watch for sale prices on food!

General farm:
Well priced durable workwear. Best option of tractor supplies in the city.

A wide variety of really cool stuff available here, the selection of Schleich product being a pleasant surprise. As was the toy section in general. The quality of items available here are great. A real classic hardware store feel here. Having a pet rabbit, buying a 50lbs bag of feed for 20 buck, cant be beat.
