Thank you to all of the amazing instructors for guiding me on my fitness journey. I never imagined I would look forward to attending fitness classes. Somehow, I actually enjoy getting into shape at the ALC.

(February 4, 2019, 4:18 pm)I take my baby here for swimming lessons. It's great. The water is pretty cool though, so I would definitely recommend that younger kids have a wet suit. I also found the change rooms a bit difficult to navigate with an infant.
