    You are going to love it here. The studio is intimate without being crowded. Showers - which is a huge bonus. There are a wide range of classes - not just yoga. I am still feeling the Ab and Butt workout! As someone who doesn't do yoga (or exercise) very often I found the instructors really engaging and easy to follow along. I feel fantastic and I love embracing their manta at the end of class. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
