The ladies at the balloon counter were both cheerful and helpful. Great customer service. I am definitely coming back and get all my party needs here. Oh, I forgot to mention they carry costumes and accessories all year round! Awesome!

(February 12, 2019, 8:31 pm)Best place in Winnipeg to visit for all things party. When I got married I hired their chair backs and table covers from there. For Chanukah I got decorations.. For Christmas excellent decor. Easter, Halloween, Valentine's day,.. You name it Part Stuff has it.. Definitely a one stop shop for any theme you have.
