The movers arrived where they needed to be, they were pleasant, careful and gentle with my belongings. They didn't do things that were unnecessary like shrink wrapping everything and did take every precaution needed like wrapping when necessary. They were receptive of my assistance and were not offended when I gave extra care to some belongings or asked them to provide extra care to things that were more important to me.

I am a non smoker and if they did smoke, i was NEVER aware of it, I so appreciated that. They worked well with each other, accepted the knowledge of their team members, and seemed to enjoy their work.

I offered coffee and water which they gratefully accepted.
The company's rate is competitive and worth every penny!!! The person I booked with was pleasant and accommodating. I booked about 3 weeks ahead of time and when i confirmed my reservation just before I moved everything was ready to go.
I will be moving again this year and will use no one else.

My parents were getting evicted and had to rush to move them out. I Didn’t know what to do so I called short line. Had 2 awesome guys there in 2 hours and had the moving pod loaded up in a couple hours. My experience was amazing they really saved me and my parents.

I have used Shortline Moving Solutions multiple times. The only honest and fair moving company I have ever found. They even moved my hot tub! Excellent customer service and the movers are great and very quick. Also they offer storage units and I have had a unit with them for a long time!

So happy with the service we received from Shortline. Matt, Tyler and Andrew were professional and courteous, while easy to talk to and efficient. They worked quickly but carefully. It was well worth it, and so much better than moving ourselves.

ShortLine Moving is a class act. I was impressed at every turn...from my initial phone call, answered by owner, Alex, to the excellent staff who were friendly, polite, hardworking and very careful with my belongings. My move was complex - some to storage, some to temporary housing, plus a piano to a third location. Everything was handled professionally and cheerfully. This is a young locally-owned company...do yourself a favour and invite them out to give you an estimate.
