The coach, Lynne Nelson, is absolutely amazing, the members are some of the best people I've ever met, the atmosphere is laid-back and the workouts are kick ass! You might walk in there not knowing anyone or anything about crossfit but you soon have amazing friends and workout partners and a whole lot of confidence. Don't let the f-bombs scare you away cause it will be the best decision you make walking through the doors!
