Replaced one woodstove and 2 chimneys in our cottage. Stove was on backorder , Todd stayed in touch with me keeping me updared on eta and booked promptly when unit arrived. The technicians arrived on time, were very professional, skilled and personable. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend Ventrix to others .

Ive has these guys clean my ducts and install a brand new ac into an existing furnace in my home. They have always been profession and courteous. They provide open answers and are willing to educate a homeowner. Highly recommend these folks.

This past summer we hired Ventrix to replace our cottage's older woodstove and chimney, in order to bring it up to code.

From our first phone call on, we have had outstanding service. When we visited the shop to pick out our new wood stove, we were impressed with the extensive knowledge displayed by all the staff members whom we had a chance to interact with. This included Dennis, one of the owners of the business, who took time from his extremely busy schedule to go over the features of the stove models we had to choose from. (I believe that a busy business is a strong indicator of a quality reputation, so I am glad they are busy!)

When the installation day arrived, the two person crew arrived right on time, and worked tirelessly through extremely hot (36C and above) conditions to do the installation. It was clear to me that they took pride in their workmanship - always a great sign - and they left the site completely cleaned up before they departed. I also found them to be polite and respectful of our property.

Follow-up to our after-sale inquiries has been very prompt and helpful.

I have no reservations about giving this company five stars and believe that Manitoba's Interlake area (and beyond) is fortunate to have such a great company to serve it.
