We've ordered take-out lots of times and it's been ready within 15 minutes. Decided to eat in last time; ordered a burger and a poutine. The restaurant was empty from when we walked in until we left but yet 35 minutes later, I had to ask them to make our orders to go because they still weren't ready and we had to go to work. I asked if they had lots of orders before us, is that why it was taking so long, and the waitress just looked at me, no apology or explanation.
Food was great, though.
