I had an excellent experience with Dufresene again. I've had my new couch delivery with great tracking and excellent delivery personnel. Jenny kept me in touch with everything and was very nice to communicate with throughout the whole experience so I could coordinate everything. Great product, great service. Anyone dealing with this company will be very satisfied with the quality of everything and everyone involved, start to finish.

Due to Covid of course buying furniture can be difficult. I was able to shop in the comfort of my home and while it’s not the same as being in the store, obviously the stores can’t have every single item there anyways. I had a few questions about the furniture I was interested in buying, and the staff that I spoke to were knowledgeable and also made sure to let me know why there would be a delay in the shipping in some of the items, and if I was still interested in it. I was able to get everything I wanted and for a better price than other stores.

Excellent sales promotion and very straight forward salesman regarding quality vs price.

Always had a pleasant experience w the store manager Dana and Austin would highly recommend speaking w them when buying any new products. :)
