April 2022 UPDATE: The garden door that JEH installed last May (2021) was getting frosted and icy because of an incomplete seal, but this has now been fixed.
I had emailed the company in January and got response back to remove and dry the weather stripping. I had attempted a few more contacts without any results and felt frustrated. I was then contacted by the owner in March and he apologized for the delay and personally came to inspect the issue. He then organized to have the issue fixed and the installer has now fixed it. Yuri also replaced a few other old windows that had broken seals and did a great job.
We are satisfied with the follow up to rectify the garden door problem, and the new window inserts. Thanks for attending to my concerns.

Every aspect of purchase and install went better than hoped for. Competitive prices, reasonable wait for install, good install crew. Have a small bay window in kitchen that I was concerned about and the results ended up being an improvement.

Joe and his team really know their stuff. We had them install an new custom manufactured back door last week and the results are outstanding. We're still getting used to coming home to it!
They thoroughly removed and disposed of the old door, frame and any wiring and replaced it in just matter of hours. It was the efficiency in which they did this that was so impressive. They skillfully removed 100-year-old moldings and flawlessly put the new materials into place, not an easy task. They took the time to ensure it fit properly and was effectively insulated. AND it was clean... spotless actually. These gentlemen went so far as to patiently wait for me while I raced to the store to buy the replacement deadbolt.
