Bills a super good fork lift operator there. The front house staff is just as good, Laurie and Glee who usually do the paperwork, are always helpful and funny.

Good place to load steel bar. Shippers know their stuff and are helpful. Only down side is you can end up being there for.a while as it is a very busy place but that just comes with trucking

My first trip to Gerdau and I arrived with a 5 x 10 trailer of mixed scrap. Place is immense and a bit intimidating. Overwhelming and confusing first time out and not enough signage for the uninitiated. Quickly enough my confusion was spotted and a worker in a flagged car showed up to lead me to the proper area. A little curt and very to the point but not unfriendly. I got the impression they don’t get small fry, scrap metal interlopers like me often so likely they are not used to someone needing full attention and instructions. Once worker realized this was all new to me, he gave me very fulsome direction on exit procedures. Unload area was fairly clean. Process was smooth. Office staff helpful, friendly and efficient. I was out with my cash quickly. I will happily return.
