To sum up my experience with Critter Country, I'd say that it was welcoming. A lovely and friendly attendant greeted me, after which we proceeded to talk about large breed pups and what exact feed would be most suitable for them. She was able to provide helpful suggestions which eventually affected my final decision. The store has so many things that it felt like I needed to tour the entire place. And that's a good thing! A lot of variety. It's a place I'll definitely be visiting again for all my dog feed needs and advice.

Prompt response and appreciate the great service! Upon arrival had the car pulled out in no time, after a huge snow dump followed by high winds. Highly recommended, and will continue to use their services if needed in the future.

On the day before Christmas we called because we hit a patch of ice and went into the ditch. We were told it would be around an hour and the tow truck showed up within 40 minutes. Hooked us up, and pulled us right out. Paid out the window and we were gone. Great experience and friendly exchange. Highly recommended. Thank you!
