It was late in the evening and I knew an emergency repair was going to cost me a fortune but I knew we couldn't go to sleep without the furnace running. I called Highmark and he troubleshooted the problem over the phone. He walked me through doing the repair myself to save me a very costly service call. I'm very impressed and grateful. My family slept well in a warm home last night. THANK YOU!
