Dynamex - T Force

I guess some had bad experiences, But though out the many purchases I made from 2020 - this year, Nothing has gone wrong, Package was always delivered, times were always before the afternoon, it was perfect for me, atleast.

Dynamex/T Force customer service is excellent. They were able to deliver my package even if the address there was my old address (I forgot to change my address in my Amazon account).

I live downtown. There's a 15 minute loading zone in front of my apartment building doors. The doors are locked up at night at 9pm and opened at 6am. i got a note saying that Dynamex couldn't get to the front door, mailbox, or driveway, so please look for a note from them or contact them for the next steps. You can bet I will contact them! Maybe if they would of looked at my phone number provided with the delivery information it would of been delivered. They could also of parked in another loading zone 59 feet away and walked over to use my intercom as it reaches me anywhere in the city and I could of opened the door for a drop off but I was home all day waiting for the delivery. So in my opinion there seems to be a problem here. The driver didn't even take time to go to the back lane to park, where most delivery drivers go when the loading zones are full.

Great service have not had a problem with a delivery yet. I get around 3 packages a week, best part is there late delivery times and weekends. Keep up the great work.
