The UPS Store

I came in today around 6 pm to pick up a package and I was half frozen from walking in the snow. I was shivering hard and the two nice workers first thought was to offer me tea and a chair to help me warm back up. I was able to sip the tea and warm up enough to grab my package and hop on the next bus home. Kudos to the pair that helped!

I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Prosper, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I was trying to have an email attachment printed out but it was not cooperating with me. It took probably 30 minutes but he didn’t just send me on my way… I was ready to give up but he was determined that it would work. He had patience and took the time to figure out the problem… end result… I got my printout!!!🤗

Prosper the owner was EXTREMELY helpful! My husband and I needed to get our tires shipped out of province ASAP & he got us the best rate! Our tires arrived on time and in perfect condition! This store was our savior!

The owner Prosper here really knows his stuff about shipping, and gave some of the best customer service I've received in recent years!!! He is the the gold standard for good customer service and we need more people like him!!! He is the ups store in the area I would recommend to anyone looking to ship something!!! He even helped me save some money by consolidating packages!!! He goes above and beyond and it really shows!!! Best ups store ever!!!

I dealt with the manager named Prosper for some services. Very friendly, prompt service. Made suggestions for how to save money and he went above and beyond to take care of some things that we missed without even having to ask him. Very impressed with his professionalism. Highly recommended.
