My grandfather lived here for 10 years and I'd say that the service was defffinettly better pre-pandemic. It would sometimes be a mixed bag with if you got someone who's been working there for years, or if you would get someone who had been working there for a few days. Overall, I can't give this place a bad review as I have so many memories there while growing up and a lot of the people there are nice, but there were some downsides, as there are with many things.
🏴 Flag as inappropriateDakota House was a great choice for my mother in law. She has been a resident for four years, and is very happy with the friendly staff and services. We especially appreciate the steps taken to protect the residents during the Covid-19 pandemic.
