I had a Manager named Jasmine help me out recently. She was really easy to speak with an highly informative. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable she made me feel and the level of service she provided. I've been a customer since day 1 they opened and I've had nothing but positive experiences. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, hiring knowledgeable staff that sticks around for years-which is a big indicator of work place environment in the service industry. I came in once with a device bought elsewhere that had issues, and staff took the time to troubleshoot and give advice-which led me to choose to replace all my hardware with this store when it needed to be. The loyalty program offered is better than any other in the city, and tasty houseblends leading to saved cash. I once got an incorrect juice, and when I told them, they were quick to offer TWO full sized replacements. I've also won 3 free bottles of 60ML over the years through various draws and prize spins. Very pleased with this business.

They have a good selection of products and knowledgeable staff. I found everything I wanted and then some...low level nic salts LTE juice! As the chef in South Park once said: "Suck on my chocolate, salty..." juice? Delicious to the point ofpulmonary encephalopathy! Dont mind if I do....

Great selection and friendly service. Prices are on par with online, but it's well worth it especially if you're new and have questions. Had issues with my tank and they always are willing to help you out. One of the friendliest and most helpful shops I've visited
