Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. They didn't bother letting me know they were running late, just ask me to take a seat and I had to ask what's going on after 40 minutes.

The eye exam itself went great.

I have never had such a great experience at any other optical buisness. Dr. Opejin was so kind and patient when doing my exam. Staff were so patient and helpful when I was choosing my glasses. I highly recommend and will be back!

It was my first time at Crest Eyecare for an eye exam and reason for choosing was Facebook and Google Reviews were very positive. Well I was not disappointed! I was treated so well from the time I walked in until I left! Staff are friendly knowledgeable and felt like they really care. Dr “O” as he is affectionately known by his patients in the reviews is absolutely superb! He will explain everything to you and you don’t feel rushed through the process. Although I had results from my exam does require a specialist, Dr”O” put my mind at ease, took the time to go in depth and will only go there from now on. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience here from start to finish. They were able to transfer over my Rx from a previous optometrist and took care of my insurance and treaty benefits with ease. They didn't make me wait and the whole process took about 4 days. Great experience. I'll be back in two years when my insurance allows.
