This company was great about sending me updates about my delivery. They notified me every time it left/arrived at a new post office, and they were just as great about letting me know when it had been delivered. I was really looking forward to this delivery so when I got the notification I practically ran to the door. Imagine my surprise when there was nothing there. I double and triple checked but nothing. I couldn’t believe it. Finally, I went back inside to call them up. I was heated. I thought they were the most incompetent, unprofessional delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with. I gave the customer service representative a piece of mind and when she finally got a word in edgewise she was able to confirm that I’d actually input the wrong address on my end when I placed the order. I was so certain of my own innocence that I immediately got on my computer to check. Sure enough, I’d somehow messed up the numbers of my own address. Their representative could not have been nicer. I was so ashamed of my behavior but she didn’t do anything to rub it in or make me feel worse (which I greatly appreciated). I realized that it was right next door at my neighbor’s house so I got off the phone and went to fetch it. As embarrassed as I was during the whole ordeal (and as embarrassing as it is to fess up to it all now) I think it’s important to share these stories online as well so that people feel more comfortable recognizing the ways in which they contribute to their own frustrations and I also want to commend this company for their excellent communication and for having such a kind and caring customer service representative on payroll.

A great alternative to USPS deliveries for me. The location is clean, accessible, and has good hours. The staff is available to assist you if needed and they are knowledgeable and professional. I use this warehouse as my main method of secure and convenient delivery of any packages I get. Highly recommend.

Never have any delivery problems with Amazon when ASL is involved. They’re the most reliable delivery service Amazon uses. Whenever I see that they’re the ones handling the shipping I know I don’t have to worry – my package will arrive right on time. Very impressed. Highly recommend.
