It is locally owned and ethically sourced so I believe it would be fine for me to wait 20 minutes for my food especially since it’s super fresh.
People who don’t want to wait 20ish minutes for their food should go somewhere else if you don’t want it fresh. Stop being so picky.
Would come back again.
