It was my first time doing my taxes independently. Jerome Javier really help me to understand all the things I needed to know about my yearly taxes. He was very friendly, dependable, and efficient. It was also my first time coming to H&R Block for my taxes, and Jerome really made my experience great. Definitely looking forward to working with him when tax season comes again. 10/10 service!
