I've worked with Patti in the past and Vita most recently and I must say that the customer service at the Beth Shutko branch is amazing. They answer all your questions, assist you with every need, always get back in contact with you in a timely manner and have some of the best rates in this outrageous Michigan insurance market.

I have had this State Farm account with the Beth Shutko branch for about almost 3 years now. I will say it is one of the most friendly and has some of the great customer service I have ever got. My husband and I went for a appointment today just to check on everything, not only did we get a discount from State Farm starting in March we got a lot of other discounts on more offers that our agent felt that we could use to save money. I had the pleasure of meeting with Vita in my 1st State Farm experience. She was polite, pleasant, informative and most of all honest! I was only there for renters insurance but soon may be with State Farm for more products they offer.
