The office people were awesome couldnt ask for better people to deal with. The tow truck driver on the otherhand..... Dallas I believe his name was was rude and did not know how to do his job or didn't care. He tried to pull my vehicle out of th ditch sideways and damaged my vehicle. One comment I got from him is.... "I charge for everything."

Sunday afternoon , my car was Dead; wouldn’t even start with a jump. Called AAA, they contacted Ballor towing. It did take over an hour to get to me, but since it was a Sunday, I was patient. Garth arrived & was so efficient & quick. Had to tow my car to repair shop. Garth really knew what he was doing, hooking the car up to the flatbed, driving it to the repair shop, & getting the car off.
It was very comforting to have someone who knew what he was doing.

The Driver named Will came out to help us today 7-28-19 at 2 Pm was very polite, helpful & knowledgeable of his job.
He was efficient and made a bad experience turn out good.
It would be nice if more service people were as pleasant & knowledgeable as him !
