Great place to shop and great people

My battery was under warranty it failed to an unknown altinator problem at the time. They still gave me 3 new batteries and put them in for me.

I needed a caliper mounting bolt and was told by employees from both Autozone and advanced auto that they had it. After they both screwed me over(advanced auto employee even told me it was a dealership only part!!!) I called O'Reilly's and they had it delivered to their store in a couple of hours. They really saved me from having to cancel getting my one kid to his first day of school, my other kid to the dentist, or myself getting to work. Thank you so much for having the competent employees the other stores are lacking. I appreciate it! Please give those guys a raise!

I was looking for a oil additive. Person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me several options and explained the difference between them. Very satisfied.
