ON THE SPOT CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

When searching for a new carpet cleaning company I saw On The Spot and read the reviews. I thought ok, I’ll give it a try. Dale the owner, answered my call the first time I called. We scheduled a very convenient appointment day and time and Dale was there on time and even called to say he was on his way. I have two dogs and two cats so, well, you know what they do ha ha. Dale did a very good job cleaning our sectional and carpeting restoring all of it to “like new condition.” It looks great and finally smells fresh again. Thank you Dale. Dale was courteous professional and funny. His pricing was surprisingly really nice considering the amount of work he had to do. Pour guy lol. I would definitely recommend On The Spot for anything.

I never used this company before so I read through all the positive and the couple negative reviews that were posted and I've gotta say rarely will you find the owner of a company that does all his own work and answers every review. Based on that and the passion he has in his words for his work is the reason why I went with this company. Needless to say I'm extremely happy I did!! This guy bent over backwards to do a stellar job...he was prompt and even threw in some extra cleaning for free!! I've used On The Spot twice now and would highly recommend them to anyone. I rely on these Google reviews so I just wanted to pass on the experience.

I am a clean freak and I have used every carpet cleaner company In macomb county and on the spot carpet cleaners is the best and most professional company in town. They got spots out that other companies couldn't get out. They are the best carpet company!

Best carpet and furniture cleaning service I've used since I've been a home owner. Service was done by the owner, so I knew it was going to be done right. Dale was on time and did a better job than I could have expected. My couch and two area rugs were brought back to life and look great!
I also called around and got 4 quotes from the "big name-locally known" businesses....On The Spot was the best price by close to $100 better than the next closest quote. You won't be disappointed using these guys......
