Unfortunately, I had to leave this place. The owner, without any notice to me, decided to move my camper to a different storage spot. Now, he is allowed to set his property up any way that he pleases, but when I arrived on his property, my brand new camper is gone. Thinking it had been stolen, I contacted my insurance company to report the theft. I was just about to contact the police when I see some guys on hi-los working moving stuff around. Lo and behold, my brand new camper - my property - has been repositioned with no notice whatsoever. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. So, in disgust, and having lost trust in the place, I found somewhere else to store it. Now, he did offer amends by offering a free month of rent, but I was so passed it just plain put me off. Soon to try to get my money back.

Not all storage facilities are created the same! I found myself in an emergency situation and in need of a new storage spot for my trailer full of high powered minibikes & go-carts. It seems that there are many of choices in the Bay area and most offer competitive prices but lack in the customer service area. Prices are fair and service is top shelf! The office staff set me up and i was good to go in no time. Felt very comfortable leaving my trailer behind with all the security features of this facility. Bottom line, good price, good people, good product=satisfied!
