Dr. Gross is not afraid to be upfront and to the point, ( I have a primary care doctor for that purpose, to many physicians like to beat around the bush, not him) he actually cares about his patients. He listens, I feel comfortable asking him questions about all healthcare needs, and I feel confident in his knowledge. In the year plus that I have been a patient at this office I have only had to wait over 15 minutes 1 time, and yet he doesn't try to hurry you out like an assembly line. The office staff are just precious people, they treat you like family.
Thanks guys for making a normally annoying necessity ( going to the doctor) more like a visit with a friend.
