Island Grill

This restaurant can be hard to find due to the very small sign below one for the adjacent marina in which it is inside, tucked back along the water. You cannot take your car back there unless you belong to the marina. To mitigate this, they have a golf cart that will drive you down. You are greeted at the hostess stand where they check your ID and provide a wristband if you decide you want to drink. You order food at the counter (and they have a snack counter with other items as well), then choose your seat and your food will be delivered to you in carryout containers. The menu is not large, but a nice assortment. We had a chicken sandwich with pineapple and the macaroni and cheese which were both good. They also have really tasty French fries and a condiment table with tartar sauce, mustard, ketchup, mayo, BBQ, hot sauce, ranch, etc. It appeared as if they only have beer and wine. They may offer cocktails, but they had none listed on the menu when we ordered, but there is a bar on the second floor that might accommodate. The restaurant is cute and set to look like something you would find in Key West. They also have a seating area with sand.

Had the Key largo Chicken wrap for $8.95 ea. Ordered two.One for myself and my wife. The wrap was suppose to contain a carrot coleslaw and chicken breast pieces.It was about seven inches cut in half with one piece of chicken about the size of the first joint on your middle finger in each half. Very little sauce. Extremely dry. I do not recommend. Wish I had ordered a burger.

This place is beautiful! Great views a dog friendly section to sit in, I've been here 3 times. Working in the industry I realize when they are slammed busy the food is going to run a little slower. And this place is always busy on nice days. Its busy because they do a great job. If someone is upset their food took an hour when the place is jammed pack then they should of went somewhere else. I'll agree I ordered the chicken sandwich last time I was there my chicken breast was tiny while my cousins ordered the same thing and hers was a giant piece. Things happen. The two other times I had a huge salad and I also got a perch sandwich. Everything was amazing and I wish I lived closer to this place.

Fantastic view! Very slow service. Okay burgers & drinks. The location and view is what makes it a worthwhile stop. You can get better food, drinks, & service elsewhere.

Always a great destination place to go for lunch. They now have table service versus going up to a counter and picking up your food like they used to do.
Nice selection of wines and beers and craft cocktails. Everyone loves the perch sandwich, I had the Key West wrap which was really yummy also.
Great place to go by motorcycle. Park up front and the golf cart takes you to the restaurant at the back of the marina.
